Celebrating the fiery, chilli-infused flavours of North and South Korea:

• Bibim naengmyeon Korean chilli noodles with sliced roast beef, soft boiled egg, pickled cucumber, Asian pear and sesame
• Korean-fried chicken burger smothered in gochujang chilli sauce
• Soft serve ice cream with gochujang syrup, Korean chilli oil and gochugaru chilli flakes
